I successfully completed my training in ecotrophology with a specialisation in nutritional counselling in Mönchengladbach in 1996 and have been working in the field of nutritional therapy/counselling ever since. As a mother of three daughters, it is important to me to provide myself and my family with a healthy and balanced diet, not only at work but also in my personal life. I have been giving freelance consultations as an ecotrophologist and nutritionist in Bochum for more than 10 years and all over Germany (online) since 2019.
