I treat depression using behavioural therapy, Gestalt therapy and talk therapy. The aim is to recognise depressive patterns and how they work and to replace them with constructive patterns. I work on self-esteem, self-image, often in relation to low self-esteem, experiences of powerlessness and the associated tendency to withdraw.
