The goal of my work is to return the patient/athlete to the best possible physical condition as quickly as possible. To do this, I use the knowledge acquired during my studies at AWF in Krakow, numerous courses in Poland and abroad: IFOMPT manual therapy, Stecco fascial manipulation, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, as well as the experience gained over the years of work.
