I am a psychologist and psychodietist. I especially help people who have difficulty eating. I provide support when consistent diets are frustrating and don't produce lasting results, and when eating problems may have a psychological basis.

I provide individual psychotherapy to adults in crisis, with emotional problems, depression, relationship difficulties and personality disorders. In my psychotherapeutic work I rely on a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approach.

My name is Anna Rekel, I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with extensive experience working with both adults and children. I specialize in, among other things: resolving problems related to emotional crises, depression, excessive stress, self-esteem issues, eating disorders or problems maintaining appropriate motivation.
