After a quarrel with my husband, I became very seriously depressed. I turned to a psychologist. There were several procedures. I probably won’t focus on them. I will say that communication helped me. All internal processes were worked out. I realized that I need to move forward and not stop. It's a shame, of course, but there's nothing to be done. Responsible, sensitive psychologist!
