I chose personal training for myself in order to receive more attention and the most individual approach. Natalia is competent as a fitness trainer and friendly as a person in communication. From the first lesson, a disposition appeared. I think I made the right choice. I go with pleasure. So far, laziness has not taken over, although sometimes I am tired from work and other daily worries.
