Excellent Recommends master: YesI have very light eyebrows by nature, I used to constantly line them with a pencil, it honestly didn’t look very good, but now I have them tinted by an eyebrow artist, and it turns out much more natural, plus the effect lasts much longer. Yulia is a great master, she knows a lot about her business, and I also like her as a person, I want to thank her for her kind attitude towards clients.
