Новогодние праздники я отметила очень вкусно и обильно, набрала несколько килограммов. Решила за программой питания обратиться к специалисту, так как самостоятельно вес уже сбрасывала, но чуть не угробила здоровье (очень пострадали желудок и поджелудочная). С Маргареттой мы хорошо пообщались, она составила для меня программу питания, исходя из первоначальных данных. Теперь я ем и худею!
