I am a member of the Polish Society of Psychotherapy. Currently, I am a co-author of the Short-Term Psychotherapy Studio, conduct seminars for parents, and maintain a private therapeutic and mediation practice.

I work with adults who are experiencing various crises, difficulties or problems in relationships with other people. I particularly specialize in working with self-criticism, procrastination and perfectionism, which accompany many problems and disorders.

I am a psychologist (clinical psychology specialist), special education teacher, doctor of humanities, certified rational behavior therapist, and psychotherapist currently pursuing certification. I specialize in client-centered psychotherapy using an integrative approach.

I invite adults struggling with low self-esteem, low mood, anxiety and depression. I help solve problems in a crisis in relationships with loved ones (partner, parent, child, friend). My work is based on the potential of people who openly talk about their difficulties.
