Ходил на спортивный массаж, энергичненько получилось. Такой жёсткий массажик, который промял каждую мышцу и можно сказать косточку. После массажа ощущал себя также как и после тренировки в зале. Хоть все мышцы и были сильно промяты, но почему-то чувствовалось в них спокойствие и умиротворение. Спс за массаж .
