I'm Marina, a psychotherapist, Gestalt therapist, and family therapist. I work with adults, couples, and families. I have additional training in psychosomatics.

People come to me with the following issues:
anxiety, inner tension, emotional burnout
relationship and marital difficulties, recurring family patterns
crises, losses, moves, periods of life change
physical symptoms and psychosomatic reactions
feelings of shame, guilt, aggression, loss of support and meaning

In my work, I create a space of safety and caring connection where one can be present—with joy, fear, sadness, aggression, shame. Together, we explore what lies behind these feelings, how they are experienced in the body, and what needs seek expression and support.

I listen attentively and respond not only verbally but also physically and emotionally. I help clients see the connection between the psyche and the body, recognize disconnections, become aware of their reactions, and find a path to restoring wholeness and a vibrant self.

I work with a Gestalt approach. This isn't about giving advice or "how to do it right," but rather about awareness, experiencing experience, and finding one's own foundation. The pace of work is always individualized, respecting the client's capabilities and boundaries.

My path to therapy is mature and conscious. I have two higher education degrees and many years of experience running a family manufacturing business. I'm 48 years old, have been married for 30 years, and my husband and I raised a son. This life experience helps me more deeply understand the processes my clients face.

Gestalt therapy is my path, where I continue to grow, develop, and connect with others with attention, warmth, and genuine interest.
