Excellent Recommends master: YesI started going to Alevtina more than six months ago, when I decided to take my shape seriously, which, to put it mildly, I didn’t have after the birth of my second child. She is a good trainer and this can be judged by my progress, when the percentage of body fat has decreased significantly, I have lost almost 12 kilograms, plus my strength indicators have increased. Besides, we just have a fun group in training. Thank you and I recommend.
