Today I was at the dentist for dental treatment, and I’m actually shocked that in Poland you can find such cool specialists, it started when I called the Natadent clinic and didn’t even hope that they could see me literally within two days, but no, the administrator understood my situation and scheduled an appointment for me as quickly as possible, when I came to this clinic I was very afraid (well, yes, I suffer from a phobia of dentists😅), but in fact it was all in vain, they approached me very professionally, that in the middle of treatment I simply forgot about it, thank you very much for my peace of mind and for a healthy tooth. I'll definitely sign up again)

Teeth cleaning was booked for PLN 380. At the appointment, it turned out that the doctor did not know that I was scheduled for cleaning and had already given me a consultation for 100 zlotys, during which I was recommended to contact 3 more employees of the clinic for consultations (each, as I understand, 100 zlotys) and take a 3D picture for 300 zlotys. I agreed to the picture, but unfortunately, it was taken twice because they forgot to tell me about the need to remove the earrings at first. After discussing the picture with the doctor, we still agreed to do the cleaning, but the doctor said that its cost would be 450. A coherent opinion was formed that the purpose of this clinic is to pump money. The cleaning was very hard and very painful, several times I suggested not to continue the procedure, to which the doctor tried to change something in his actions, but did not stop. After the procedure was over, I was spitting up quite a bit of blood. I paid in cash and they didn't give me a check. I wasn't given any advice other than to take painkillers if needed. My gums were badly injured and the doctor did not even recommend that I change my toothbrush. Bleeding after the procedure did not stop for more than a day. The soreness of the teeth and gums persisted for more than a week, the sensitivity has not gone away until now. I am horrified by what a normal teeth cleaning in this dentistry turned out to be for me! I asked questions about the doctor's name and education, but did not receive any answers - the clinic refers to the fact that these are his personal data, although the patient has the right to know this information. And the clinic did not ask for permission to process/save my personal data, did not warn. his employees.
