Hello, my name is Nataliіa. I am a psychologist and psychotherapist working in the Gestalt approach, supporting adults, adolescents, and couples. I offer online consultations and in-person therapy in Poznań, including long-term psychotherapy. I help clients navigate difficult life situations, adapt to new circumstances, and cope stress and difficult experiences. I work in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
Clients come to me with issues such as anxiety, emotional burnout, stressful situations, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, self-esteem and identity concerns, crises, psychosomatic symptoms, adaptation abroad, parental support, maternal burnout, and experiences of shame and guilt.
During therapy, clients achieve concrete results:

Дуже вдячна Наталії за психологічні консультації. Не завжди вдається знайти спеціаліста, якому можеш
довіритись, тому радію, що знайшла саме такого спеціаліста. Наталія - людина професійна і делікатна, вона допомогла мені в складній родинній ситуації, коли я самотужки вже не могла вирішити окремі питання. Вона може не лише вислухати, але й дати практичні поради, запропонувати різні методи вирішення проблем.

Я звернулась до психолога з темами тривожності та напружених стосунків у родині. Вже з перших сесій відчула, що мене чують і розуміють. Атмосфера на зустрічах була спокійною, для мене це було великою підтримкою. Важливо, що я могла говорити про складне без страху що мене засудять.
Терапія мені допомогла краще розпізнавати свої емоції, розуміти джерела тривожності та навчитися з нею обходитись. Також краще стала відстоювати свої межі і водночас залишатись у стосунках.
Процес був насправді дбайливий, психолог завжди була уважна до мого темпу, і того, що для мене важливо саме зараз.

I’ve started my therapy with Nataly on a very hard moment in my life. First meeting was incredibly comfortable and from very first minutes I could rely on her profesionalism and psychological skills.
Even though, that wasn’t a first experience with therapist (first wasn’t good and helpful enough) - the whole way that we stared together with Natalya was absolutely comfortable and I could feel myself better after ever session that we passed.
