I am a psychologist with a higher education in psychology, as well as training in Gestalt therapy and EMDR therapy. I help people cope with psychological difficulties. I have knowledge of trauma psychology and can use EMDR in consultations, this is a feature of my work. EMDR consultations can be especially useful in the following cases:
- to cope with the consequences of specific traumatic events (for example, an accident, separation from a loved one, etc.);
- overcome systematic emotionally charged situations (for example, fear of public speaking, irritability, attraction to the subject of addiction);
- overcome non-resource states, exhaustion from psychological problems;
- if the client has experience in consulting in other approaches - move the “stalling” problem forward.
