Hello everybody! My name is Anastasia, and I am a practicing psychologist.

In psychological counseling I use an integrated approach, depending on the request. In particular, these are Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and art therapy (including phototherapy, film therapy, bibliotherapy).

Projective techniques are very effective, allowing one to identify hidden motives, desires, and psychological defense mechanisms.

Soon I will begin to use in my practice such a psychotherapeutic tool as metaphorical associative cards.
