I have been practicing psychological assistance since 2001.

I offer effective methods to get rid of problems
in the following cases:
- anxiety, anxiety disorders, depression;
- panic attacks;
- family conflicts, relationship crises;
- psychological trauma of childhood;
- internal and interpersonal conflicts;
- loss of meaning of existence, activity;
- loss of life guidelines and priorities;
- difficulties in making decisions;
- fear of criticism and condemnation;
- low self-esteem, dependence on other people’s opinions;
- social phobia;
- communication problems, loneliness;
- neuroses;
- stressful conditions;
- borderline disorders;
- obsessive states, obsessive thoughts, OCD;
- situations of bereavement - death of loved ones;
- support, mobilization and behavioral strategies for serious illnesses;
- oncology (free).
In my work, depending on the issues and characteristics of the client’s perception, I use techniques/methods of various schools and directions: existential, CBT, logotherapy, gestalt, body-oriented, neuropsychology.
Excluding psychoanalytic methods and approaches.
I treat the religious views of my clients with respect and understanding, and am ready to work within the specifics of any denomination.
