Glad to welcome you! My name is Aliya, 30 years old, married, 2 children. I came to psychology at a conscious age, resolving my internal issues/conflicts. Therefore, I am glad to say that I have experience in continuous personal therapy, as I consider this an important component of a psychologist.
Direction of work:
- Personal development, increasing self-esteem, working with anxieties and fears, achieving goals, imbalance of emotions (help in understanding/accepting your emotions.
- Interpersonal relationships: family needs (codependent relationships, separation support, family crises, problems with children (in education/acceptance);
- Interpersonal relationships (loneliness/friends, team at work, conflicts)
I practice Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy and MAC (metaphorical cards)
