Does your back hurt, or maybe your legs or tension after sports? You can call me for help. There are different ways to solve one problem. My approach to work is based on standard massage, which over time has been supplemented with fragments of related techniques.
I do not work with manual therapy or osteopathy methods. This means I won’t crunch your bones or feel the movement of your skull bones. I will work with your skin, subcutaneous structures and, most importantly, muscles. Improve their general condition and relieve painful problems. I work softly, hard and deeply, depending on your desire and possible methods of solving your problem.
I come to your home at a time convenient for you. With everything you need: massage table, massage oil. I will ask you to prepare only a place for us to sit and a sheet with a towel to cover the table (after all, yours at home is much more convenient and pleasant than disposable ones).
