The peculiarity of my work is the methodical analysis of the problem and the identification of its causes and connections with the consequences.

What to expect after our work:

• understanding your problem, what beliefs and habits underlie it, how they influence the occurrence of problems and fate
• mastering techniques for changing yourself and satisfying your needs
• decisions leading to a new life in which a given request is no longer possible.

The main condition of my work is complete confidentiality. I never communicate directly or indirectly about my clients, including by posting reviews of my work.

The main method I use in my work is transactional analysis. Effective techniques and tools also include Gestalt, NLP, and body-oriented therapy approaches.

The work is carried out in the form of individual consultations. Typically, the contract includes 12 consultations.

I work with personal midlife crises - when it is not clear how to live further and where to go, how to develop a career, build personal relationships, raise children, what is the meaning of life in general.

A personal crisis can manifest itself as:

• fears, apathy and depression, when the cause is unclear and there is no way to change this condition;
• gambling addiction, when social networks, gambling or computer games, turn from a pleasant pastime into a serious problem;
• “psychosomatics” such as panic attacks, weight disorders, pain with unclear causes.
