Bootcamp trainingBOOTCAMP is a driving workout that allows you to burn up to 1000 calories in 50 minutes. It includes work on premium Star Track treadmills and rowing machines, strength and functional zones. The training is suitable for everyone; the trainer adapts the load depending on the client’s level of preparedness. The lesson lasts 50 minutes and is conducted in small groups of up to 12 people.
