When you turn to me for help, you can count on a careful and attentive attitude, sincere interest and an individual approach to you and your problem.
I am a clinical psychologist, I work with problems such as:
Difficulties in relationships with yourself and others (parents, spouses, children)
Personality disorders
Depression
Anxiety disorders
Eating disorders
I share humanistic views; in matters of upbringing and parent-child relationships, I rely more on attachment theory.
A little about my experience
I volunteered: face-to-face with children with disabilities - conducted individual lessons; online - for four years she provided psychological assistance in the project “Suicide is not a solution.” As part of her university practice, she carried out diagnostic work on patients in psychiatric hospitals and dispensaries, conducted psychological training for children - refugees from Ukraine, worked with difficult teenagers - engaged in diagnostics and individual counseling, carried out correctional group work, worked with adults and had the opportunity to receive feedback from experienced specialists within supervision.
Since the beginning of 2016, I have been undergoing personal therapy, this is of great importance for the effective work of a psychologist, ensuring that my own problems and traumas are worked through.
Since 2018, I have been running a private practice, regularly participating in intervisions and supervisions (analysis of difficult client cases among specialists). Including supervision by world-class specialists (Neele Reiss (Germany) - co-author of a clinical manual on schema therapy, Susan Simpson (Scotland) - leading specialist in schema therapy for eating disorders, co-author of a clinical manual on schema therapy for eating disorders) , I am undergoing an international certification program in schema therapy (The International Society of Schema Therapy, Alexandra Yaltonskaya) and completed schema therapy training organized by the Association of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (St. Petersburg), I participate in workshops organized by the Moscow Institute of Schema Therapy therapy, with leading specialists with international coaching certification in schema therapy. Completed a basic course on acceptance and responsibility therapy (Evgenia Dashkova) and 5 training seminars on advanced course acceptance and responsibility therapy (Nikolai Pavlov, Dr. Sheri Turrell, Dr. Ray Owen), took training seminars on advanced course cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT eating disorders, Mindfulness, CBT for perfectionism). Started training in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Continuing education for me is a way to improve my skills, gain new experience, enrich my toolbox for work, hone my skills, and feel part of a professional community.
In my work, I can use either one specific approach or combine them if this gives the best result for a particular person and is more suitable for working on his request.
I have personal qualities that help me in my profession: tolerance, interest in people, developed empathy, a sense of tact, attentive and caring attitude towards others.
I love my job, I enjoy discovering new topics, immersing myself in professional literature, deepening and expanding my existing knowledge.
Now you know me a little, and I will be glad to meet you :)
It’s better to write for all questions; I rarely answer calls.
