I work by creating a safe space where the client can find answers to their needs within themselves. In my practice I use 3 main directions: body-breath-creativity, because there is nothing better than your own experience, which you can feel, live, integrate. Usually this is one or several sessions or consultations, the format of the work, the number and time between sessions, everyone decides for themselves, I only recommend.
I work with both individual clients and couples and families (good experience in working with children) in an integrative approach based on systemic family therapy, body therapy, and art therapy. I use the method of desensitization and processing of trauma by F. Shapiro and the modular-transformational approach, the method of bodily therapy - holistic massage.
Help with stressful situations, requests related to anxiety, aggression, fears, phobias. Work aimed at resolving difficulties in relationships, finding meaning, obtaining resources.
