- loss and search for meaning, lack of strength to make an important decision.
Life's challenges are small and large; Some we can survive without difficulty, but at times a difficult situation can knock us down, deprive us of strength and the ability to move on. For me, the main thing in working with a crisis is openness to the emotions that life circumstances bring.
