Полина Уварова (Serpukhov) Psychologe

I started my journey of self-discovery with yoga and meditation in 2005. I came to psychology through personal experience of overcoming crises in various areas of life in 2012. Since 2016, she began her professional training as a psychologist in the direction of Jungian psychoanalysis (catathymic-imaginative psychotherapy), in 2018-2019 she underwent retraining at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis in the direction of Psychological Counseling. In 2019-2020, she continued her studies in the existential-humanistic approach. 2020-2021 studied body-oriented psychotherapy and V. Yu Baskakova and began training in a sexology course.
