From the age of 12 I was involved in running and fitness, then from the age of 14 I took up Taekwondo, master of sports. Graduated from Lesgafta - higher sports education. More than 9 years of experience (teaching since 2008). My passion is my work! I also study Ayurveda and nutrition, and am interested in studying Sanskrit.

She taught yoga for about 7 years in the Fitness House network of clubs and in small yoga studios. I teach both in groups and individually. I conduct on-site seminars in Crimea and Ladoga. I teach yoga (hammocks, for pregnant women, therapy, yoga nidra, universal yoga, kriya yoga), bodyflex, massages, oriental health gymnastics (based on qigong).
