Psychological counseling in a psychoanalytic approach. Despite my basic medical education, I am a supporter of non-drug, i.e., “conversational” techniques for helping with mental suffering.
I have experience in personal psychotherapy - more than 300 hours. I regularly improve my skills.

I work with a wide range of requests:
-Depression, mental pain, lack of strength, loneliness.
-Panic attacks, anxiety, insomnia.
-Difficulties in relationships with other people, repeating scenarios, quarrels and conflicts.
-Psychosomatic disorders, “lump in the throat”, muscle tension.
-Difficulties with sex, disturbing desires or orientation.
-Crises against the backdrop of sudden changes in life, loss of a loved one, divorce, illness.
-Various addictions and bad habits.

I believe that changes in our psyche occur only when it is ready for these changes, so I conduct sessions in a gentle, non-directive manner. I see my role as creating a safe space, free from guilt, shame and social prejudice.

If you don’t know what’s happening to you, don’t understand what profile you need from a specialist, then contact us and we’ll figure it out together. Currently, I do not make medical diagnoses and fundamentally do not use pharmacological drugs, preferring to focus on the emotional component of what is happening. However, if the need arises, I can recommend a psychopharmacologist colleague.

Depending on the client’s request, I work in both short-term and long-term formats.
