I believe that it is very important to be able to feel the client and find contact with him not only on the physical level, but also on the level of energy, mentality, and psychology. Overexertion and stress are the scourge of our time, so my credo is relaxation. The most important quality of a massage therapist is his sensitivity. Only in this case are truly individual sessions created that best suit the given state of a particular person. A massage therapist must always develop.
The most common problems I solve:
- painful sensations in the back, neck, arms, legs;
- stiffness, tightness in the body, muscle tension;
- fatigue, psycho-emotional stress, poor sleep;
- tensions arising due to osteochondrosis, scoliosis;
- swelling and numbness of the arms and legs;
- correction of figure, posture.
