Often the problem is not in the content of the situation, but in how the person tries to solve it. Awareness of your feelings and needs alleviates the condition, because the opportunity to act appears.
Together we will explore HOW you organize your life, interact with others so that you get what you get. I work in the modern direction of humanistic psychology (Gestalt therapy). I regularly undergo personal and group therapy, attend supervisory and intervisory groups, and seminars. I follow the SPBIG code of ethics and guarantee complete confidentiality in my work.
