My name is Kristina Trukhanova, I am a practicing psychologist. In my work I combine several approaches. I mainly work in the Gestalt approach and RPT (rapid personal change technology), I have also been trained and work in a coaching format.
I mainly work with clients in long-term therapy, where in an atmosphere of safety, acceptance and respect, clients undergo changes that are gently integrated into their lives. In the process of undergoing therapy, my clients begin to accept themselves, gain their integrity, and become resourceful, which allows them to rely on themselves to survive crises. There is an interest in living your own life.
