Good afternoon In my work I combine CBT, symboldrama, and art therapy.

If you are experiencing an acute conflict with loved ones, your boundaries are violated; If you are oppressed and cannot protect your interests, then you have the opportunity to get support from a specialist. I have a specialty as a practical psychologist, crisis psychologist.

In my work I give preference to projective methods, as they are more environmentally friendly and effective. The client’s comfortable state during the session is an important condition for me to work effectively.

As a result of working with negative feelings and difficult life situations, you can: clarify the situation, see it more fully; determine and choose the optimal behavior strategy; work through and close childhood traumas, feelings of guilt or resentment; find the strength and resources to make the necessary changes to achieve the desired result.
In cases of emotional distress, acute and chronic grief and loss, you can receive the necessary support to accompany and relieve this pain.
