Hello, I am a practicing psychologist, I work with soul and body.
In practice, I most often use the approaches of Gestalt psychology and body-oriented therapy. I believe that all the answers to our pressing questions are already within us, we just need to hear them and realize them. This is what I help my clients with!
I’m not a personal growth coach – I don’t give advice or teach how to live correctly! I am not a doctor - I do not treat or diagnose! I am not a judge - I do not assign ticks, labels and do not evaluate actions, thoughts, feelings.
I share ways to improve well-being, simple and productive techniques for solving life problems. Together with our clients, we find new ways to harmonious relationships with ourselves and the world around us!
