Good afternoon I am a practicing psychologist, working individually with adults (over 18).

People contact me:

• with problems with self-esteem - low self-esteem, fragile boundaries, depression, self-destructive behavior;
• with difficulties in relationships with a partner, family, friends, colleagues;
• dissatisfied with their work and with difficulties in self-realization;
• cannot have fun, with a feeling of meaninglessness and emptiness of their life, phobias and panic attacks.

Our meetings are a safe, caring and confidential space where you can be yourself. Gradually, as you work, you will have a new vision of what is happening to you, and solutions that were not visible before will open up.

I work in a psychoanalytically oriented method. In my work I do not give tasks or advice. We talk about what is important to you, about your feelings and thoughts. We are gradually revealing the real you, looking for what you want in your life, what you want it to be like.
