At the age of 10, I took part in competitions for the first time - the Moscow Boxing Championship among junior youths. By the age of 20, he had won 110 victories and moved into professional boxing. Out of 12 fights, I won 11. These were difficult fights, with long and difficult preparation. Today, I continue to conduct a large number of personal training sessions and solve a variety of problems and tasks for my clients. Functional training is a very diverse and complex, but at the same time interesting approach to the development of physical qualities. It allows you not only to become stronger, more resilient and flexible, but also to get rid of pain, dysfunction and maintain health.
