Hello, I am a certified psychologist, a good psychologist, I work with adults who are experiencing complex feelings (anxiety, apathy, fear of mistakes and condemnation, loneliness, misunderstanding, emptiness), which are difficult to understand, or who are overcoming a difficult stage of life (crisis, loss of meaning, problems in a relationship). And also with teenagers, who find it even more difficult to understand where they are and what to do about it.

I use only scientific methods, I communicate with the client on equal terms, showing respect, empathy, support and warmth. I do not make decisions for the client and do not give advice (if necessary, only recommendations), but I create conditions in which a person can make the best choice for himself.

I guarantee confidentiality. During the sessions, you can express any of your feelings and thoughts, even the most socially disapproved ones - there is a place and meaning for everything.

He graduated from the Moscow City Psychological and Pedagogical University and the Institute of Psychotherapy and Clinical Psychology, and also studied in various courses, lectures, and supervision groups.

I am engaged in volunteer activities, providing psychological assistance to orphans and their mentors, which gives me a lot of experience in working with difficult situations.

I like to help my clients, this is where I feel my calling, I am deeply immersed in my work, I know how to accept a person for who he is, I understand him.

In my work I use the methods of Gestalt therapy, existential analysis, and transactional analysis.
