Greetings! My name is Svetlana, psychologist. I work with adults and children, I like communication, discovering talents and that beauty that a person didn’t even know he could find in himself! I provide assistance and support in the following situations:
- searching for a partner, love, relationships,
- separation from parents, how to finally become adults,
- career guidance, search for purpose, how to realize oneself,
- problems in relationships with others,
- fears, self-esteem problems, self-doubt,
- feelings of guilt, resentment, misunderstanding of oneself, a feeling of a dead end in life,
- problems in children and adolescents (fears, anxiety, academic failure, lack of self-confidence, aggressiveness, addictions, adaptation at school, problems communicating with peers, age-related crises, etc.),
- questions on child development and child-parent relationships (how to find an approach to a child, understand him, improve mutual understanding).
I work in line with the Gestalt approach, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and fairy tale therapy.
I constantly improve my skills. At the moment I am undergoing a long-term program "Theory and Practice of Gestalt Therapy and Counseling."
