Psychology and psychotherapy are my main and favorite work. I have been interested in psychology since my youth. I did a lot of experiments on myself. He was engaged in self-knowledge and improvement. He helped everyone. The first higher education is technical. I have been professionally helping people solve their problems since the late 90s, first as an individual entrepreneur, then as an employee and director of the Harmony Psychological Center LLC. An adherent of eclecticism, that is, the use of different schools and techniques in work, depending on the nature of the problem and the individual characteristics of clients. In my work I use both well-known techniques from different schools and my own developments. In some cases, I also use hypnosis techniques.

For about 15 years he lectured on psychology in large organizations and enterprises in Novosibirsk and the Siberian region. Participated in many television and radio programs and broadcasts on various psychological topics. Conducted hundreds of group activities, including original psychological trainings. Every Sunday in the office I conduct 2-hour mini trainings on developing confidence in communication, developing and using the unlimited potential of a person to achieve their goals.
