Good afternoon My name is Anna. I am a psychologist, online consultant.
I graduated from the Academy of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Southern Federal University with a degree in Psychology and received a bachelor's degree. I am currently continuing my master's studies.

I am receiving continuous education within the framework of the Gestalt approach (I completed the first stage, completed two specializations - Art Therapy Methods in the Gestalt Approach and Family Counseling), and I continue my journey, studying at the second stage at the Southern Regional Gestalt Institute.

I conduct a personal practice: both online and in face-to-face meetings with clients in the office.

In my practice, I adhere to the following principles: confidentiality, environmental friendliness, non-judgment, and the principle of client well-being.

In my work I actively use Art Therapy methods.
I work with requests related to self-esteem, self-worth, relationships, self-acceptance and self-love.
