This method has proven effectiveness in working with couples, since it is aimed at improving the understanding of feelings and needs (your own and your partner’s), helping to establish contact, build a dialogue and find that very closeness that gives a feeling of love and security.

I do consulting because I want to help people see the solution they have been looking for. I am sure that many answers to life’s complex questions are already within us. But often, due to stress, overwork and the consequences of past experiences, we cannot find them on our own. Then a psychologist comes to the rescue - together with clients, I create a special space of trust, acceptance and equal cooperation, in which these answers finally appear and are revealed to us.
