Greetings! My name is Oksana Komissarova, I am a practicing psychologist, trainer, graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of the Russian State Pedagogical University named after. Herzen. Since 2010 I have been providing individual consulting.

In my work I am guided by:
1. You need to work with yourself, not on yourself. There is no need to force yourself.
2. I use an integrative approach.
What does this mean:
- based on the client’s request and his personal characteristics, I use the optimal working methods for the given situation, regardless of what direction they belong to.

For me, psychology is like air. I live by this, but I also know when to stop. My life is the way I picture it for myself. And I apply all my knowledge and skills so that it would be the same for my clients.
