In my work I adhere to the methods of Acceptance and Responsibility Therapy and Analytical Psychology by C. Jung.
In therapy, we study our feelings, emotions and thoughts - we learn to live with them and use them as resources, we get to know our shadow sides, which significantly improves the quality of life.
I specialize in problems in family and interpersonal relationships, emotions (anxiety, resentment, depression, anger, jealousy), helping to find a way out of difficult life situations.
