Adriana Kolasa

I am a certified personal trainer, received my diploma from the Academy of Sports Championships in Wroclaw. An active and healthy lifestyle has been my passion for 12 years. I began my coaching career in 2017 with group training in preparation for obstacle course competitions, which require general physical fitness, strength, speed and endurance. In 2018, I became the official trainer of the Reebok brand.
