Aliya Humerava
I am a certified yoga teacher (2015, Minsk).
Student at the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore (since 2017, India).
Every year I go on retreats for 7 days at Buddhist meditation centers in Asia. I practice Anapanasati and Vipassana meditations. She listened to the teachings of the Dalai Lama at his residence in Dharamshala.
The practice is based on hatha yoga based on dynamic sequences, where each asana is adapted to the capabilities of the body and classes in the Ashtanga yoga tradition are available.
The practice is suitable for beginners and intermediates, in a group and individually.

Под руководством Алии начала заниматься йогой еще в начале лета прошлого года. Тренировки у нее построены очень интересно, где большой акцент на разнообразии упражнений и правильности техники выполнения. Вообще, не просто грамотный тренер, но и просто приятный, позитивный человек. За проведение тренировок берет адекватную сумму, так что с этой стороны ставлю тоже высокую оценку.
