Adrian Lipski
When I decided to become a personal trainer many years ago, I was motivated by two things: my love of sports and my passion for learning more about how our bodies function. I was involved in sports disciplines such as football, American football, jiu-jitsu, weightlifting and bodybuilding. At the same time, I studied physiotherapy, which allowed me to improve my competence in the field of personal training.
