I turned to a psychologist because I had problems in relationships with other people. I often experienced anxiety and self-doubt, could not express my feelings and thoughts, and often encountered conflicts in communicating with others. I wanted to learn to better understand myself and other people, improve my communication skills and learn how to effectively resolve conflicts. After the consultation, the psychologist offered me participation in group psychotherapy. She explained to me that group therapy would help me learn to better understand myself and other people, improve my communication skills, and learn how to effectively resolve conflicts. Group psychotherapy sessions were very comfortable and productive. The psychologist used various techniques and methods to help us understand our problems and learn to solve them together. After several sessions, I noticed significant improvements in my relationships with other people. I became more confident, learned to express my feelings and thoughts, and learned how to effectively resolve conflicts. I started to feel better and happier.
