Clinical dietitian, received a bachelor's degree in dietetics from the Collegium Medicum in Lublin and a master's degree from the Medical University of Warsaw. Completed a fitness instructor course at Open Mind, the largest school of fitness, wellness and health instructors in Poland.

My name is Olga Mravets, I am a clinical nutritionist not only by profession, but also by vocation. Every day I deal with patients with complex gastroenterological and endocrinological problems. I help them understand the cause and effect of health problems, and then step by step we solve them.

I am constantly expanding my knowledge in the field of nutrition and outside of Poland. I created the Healthy Eating Academy to professionally educate patients about nutrition, support them, and help them achieve better health and wellness. My nutritional programs are an effective antidote to the diseases of civilization.
