Anna Marciniak
I am a psychologist, board-certified cognitive behavioral therapist, and nutritionist. I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Wroclaw and Dietetics from the Medical University of Wroclaw. I completed my education by completing a psychodietetic internship at the Institute of Psychodietetics and accredited training from EMDR Europe.

After the first conversation, I began to understand that I was making a lot of mistakes and did not want to change anything subconsciously.
