Joanna Ostrejko-Sochal
I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Wroclaw. I completed a course of psychotherapy at the Wroclaw Institute of Psychotherapy, and am currently developing my competencies at the System Training Center in Krakow. I have completed many other courses in psychology and psychotherapy, including: working with people experiencing violence, crisis and fear.

Joanna, thank you so much for your help and support! For a long time I hesitated to turn to a psychologist, but after meeting with you I realized how necessary it was. You have an amazingly subtle feel for your interlocutor and ask such deep questions that by the end of the consultation it was as if I had looked into my soul. I felt comfortable opening up and sharing what I usually prefer to remain silent about. And your wise advice and unobtrusive recommendations gave so much! Now I am optimistic about the future and know that I can cope with difficulties.

I would like to leave a review about family psychologist Joanna, who helped us during difficult moments in our lives. We could not agree with each other, every time problems arose, we fell into a spiral of conflicts. Namely, Joanna taught us to listen to each other and find compromises. She helped us understand our emotions and experiences, and showed how they affect our relationships. Thanks a lot.
