Konrad Smolak
I work by integrating different approaches, adapting their use to the goal and current stage of therapy. In trauma therapy, I prefer to use EMDR, a technique recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as particularly effective in treating trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
