Łukasz Słówko
I am a mixed martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, BJJ coach and teacher at a military school. I received my bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Physical Education. I also work with my students on developing dynamics, speed and endurance, and I pay a lot of attention to reinforcing the correct movement patterns.
